I recently stayed at this hotel and had a somewhat mixed experience. While the staff was friendly and professional, the cleanliness of the room left something to be desired. The location was convenient, being close to several attractions, but I did hear some noise from the nearby interstate and train tracks. Overall, it's a decent place for the price, but there are definitely some areas that need improvement.

The room was not as clean as I hoped, with crumbs on the floor and around the fridge. Additionally, the setup was strange, with a short wall separating the bathroom area from the den. The bathtub was stopped up, and I couldn’t get the faucet to shut off during my shower.

The service was very professional. Miss Betty, the evening reception bartender, was particularly incredible and always had a smile, which was a nice touch. Overall, the staff contributed positively to the experience.

The location was great for our needs, being close to downtown, the zoo, botanical garden, and art museum. However, I did find it a bit noisy due to the interstate and train tracks nearby.
